Half-boiled eggs and Teh-C @ Canteen 11
There’s always a long queue for the breakfast here, but it’s because it’s the only stall open in the morning in canteen 11.
The eggs are constantly being prepared so your order will be immediately served.
The eggs don’t really have a fixed “standard” in the sense that it may not be perfect all the time. One of my eggs was perfect, but the other was a little undercooked (still had a bit of white that was clear).
But still yummy when you’re hungry and can’t be bothered to make your own breakfast.
The Teh C on the other hand was rich but a little too sweet. They don’t mass-make (in a huge container), so that’s why each cup might also differ in sweetness. Just let the stall auntie know if you’d like it less sweet 🙂
2 eggs cost $0.70 and a cup of Teh C also costs $0.70. For a $1.40 breakfast, it’s quite worth it to keep you going till lunch!
As a general warning, this review was made based on the set I was served and standards will definitely vary each day. Do not blame me should your meal fall below expectations!
